We can send out all email information requests on your behalf via your microsoft exchange or a Pop 3 email account and most of my clients link their Outlook Calendar so we can book meetings into their working schedule. We work with data companies who can source you qualified data or we can work with you to source this online. All prospects contacted are cleansed for accuracy and to ensure that direct mail and email marketing is possible.

We work from a fully equipped office, and all call charges, set up fees and other expenses are included in these fees. We generally work from Excel spreadsheets but we are happy to work on any online system you have in place. We will provide you with detailed updates on decision maker conversations on a regular basis and make sure that we keep maintained and informative notes on each prospect contacted, building up a detailed profile of your potential customers that might be useful for future calls and campaigns.

We then offer a full statistical reporting service breaking down our calling activity with our simple calling categorization system that assists us to prioritize all potential sales opportunities.

We are available to start on your project as soon as possible and we are very flexible in regards to the number of days per week that you require and can discuss this with you if you are interested in going ahead. We are also always happy to discuss trial arrangements in the first instance in order to make sure we are both happy before committing to a full project

Calls are charged between 1p and 13p per minute for landline customers, plus a call set-up fee.

Calls from mobile phones are typically charged between 5p and 41p per minute, depending on the provider and the number called.
