i-BDM Ltd is a rather unique business model operating as an Independent Business Development Manager working on specific lead generation projects across many sectors from information security, games development, project management, event management and many more. We connect our clients with the right contacts and then manage the sales process to close the business. Established in 2010, i-BDM is growing and with more client briefs we ensure we have the best partners on board for outsourcing where required.
In February 2010, i-BDM approached ELV Telemarketing to undertake a trial campaign to cleanse marketing data and drill through to gather specific decision-maker contact details and, where possible, to set up follow-up conversations with the business development manager. Working closely with ELV we quickly moved this away from a trial and set in place a way of working on projects as and when the requirements come through for serious calls.
Since day one we have been so impressed with the way Emma manages her team and the quality of the work we have seen. Having the facility to outsource some of the initial calls to cold lists makes really good use of our time in following up those where there is initial interest therefore focusing resources and effort.
